DGBT Congress Berlin 2026

The DGBT Congress 2026 in Berlin brought together international experts, physicians, clinics and industry partners from across Europe over two days of scientific exchange.

This year’s programme focused on current developments in collagen stimulation, biostimulators, skin quality and modern minimally invasive treatment concepts. Regenerative approaches and the combination of different technologies also played an important role throughout the congress.

For GS Global Aesthetics, one of the highlights was the presentation by Dr. Olaf Fleischer. Under the title “Polycaprolactone (PCL): A Potent Biostimulator with Widespread Use and Popularity in South Korea,” he explored the growing relevance of long-term biostimulation concepts and the international trend towards a stronger focus on skin quality.

The scientific programme was complemented by a workshop led by Dr. Caroline Kim, who presented modern RF and HIFU technologies and discussed their potential applications in regenerative aesthetics.

Beyond the scientific sessions, the congress also provided an important platform for direct exchange with physicians and clinics. There was clear interest in minimally invasive treatment concepts designed with a long-term perspective.

The response to GOURI, as well as to TenTech’s RF and HIFU systems, also reflected a broader development within European aesthetic medicine: the combination of injectables, skin quality treatments and energy-based devices is becoming increasingly relevant for many practitioners.

For GS Global Aesthetics, DGBT 2026 offered another valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge, strengthen professional relationships and contribute to the ongoing discussion around integrated treatment concepts in modern aesthetic medicine.
