Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by telephone. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
No refund can be provided for returned goods where the seal has been removed after delivery.
Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods where the seal has been removed after delivery.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. “Establishing the characteristics” means examining or testing the goods in a manner comparable to what would normally be possible and customary in a retail store. Reference is again made to Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB.
If you are unable to return the goods received, are only able to return them in part, or return them in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us for the corresponding loss in value. You are liable for any deterioration resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the characteristics of the goods.

If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and enter into the contract in the course of your commercial or self-employed professional activity, you do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Shipping policy
All orders are processed exclusively on business days, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Standard shipping generally takes 2–5 business days.
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the driver may take the parcel to a parcel shop or local branch. In this case, the parcel must be collected from the parcel shop within 7 business days.
All orders are delivered exclusively against the recipient’s signature. Delivery requests such as “leave in front of the door”, “leave in our rubbish bin” or similar instructions cannot be accommodated. If the customer independently provides such delivery instructions to DHL/UPS, our company accepts no liability for lost parcels.
Orders placed with express shipping are likewise processed exclusively on business days, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Express delivery is generally made by the end of the next business day (Monday to Friday).
This means that goods ordered on Thursday after 2:01 p.m. will only be packed and shipped on Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and will arrive by the end of the following Monday.
Express orders placed on Friday after 2:01 p.m. will be processed on Monday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and will therefore arrive on Tuesday.

For payments made in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring financial institution and ends upon expiry of the final day of the delivery period.
If the final day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take its place.

What can I expect from 10THERA treatment?
HIFU treatment is used for skin tightening, face lifting and reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
The treated area will show improvement of elasticity and lifting, and collagen regeneration.
When will you see the results?
You can see the lifting effect right after the treatment. However, this is a temporary phenomenon in which the skin and muscles are surprised and tightened by strong ultrasound. The actual and desired effect will take place when the damaged tissue is restored, tightening up your skin.
How long 10THERA last and how often should I take it?
Usually, you can see the most vivid results 1~2 months later and it will last up to 6 months.
Recommended intervals between treatments are every 2~3 months but it can vary from person to person.
Is there any discomfort during the treatment?
The pain may feel different depending on the treated area, in general, patients report experiencing mild pricking and tingling during the treatment. If you have sensitive skin, the procedure can be performed with a lower energy level.
What are the precautions after the HIFU treatment?
There are no special precautions, you will be able to go back to your normal activities after the treatment. Because it could reduce the effect, we recommend you to refrain from getting acupressure massage, drinking alcohol, and smoking.
Are there any side effects?
Since HIFU transmits ultrasonic heat energy deep into the skin, not to the surface, patients can return to daily life right after the procedure. If you have sensitive skin, mild skin redness can occur. If the cartridge is not tightly placed on the skin because of the movement of the patient, HIFU heat can be transferred to the upper dermis, which is not the correct target thus leading to blisters in linear form. This will naturally disappear in a week or so.

How does 10THERMA work?
10THERMA is a modern non-invasive treatment for skin tightening and skin rejuvenation using targeted radiofrequency energy. The skin is heated to a controlled depth – without damaging the surface.
This heat activates the body's natural regeneration processes. Collagen production is stimulated, existing collagen fibers contract, and the skin visibly gains firmness and elasticity.

GOURI
What is GOURI?
GOURI is an injectable implant based on polycaprolactone (PCL). It is a fundamental anti-aging solution that stimulates collagen production.
How does PCL work?
PCL works through neocollagenesis, meaning it rebuilds natural collagen to achieve visibly plumper skin. It strengthens the skin barrier and increases the thickness and density of the dermis.
Difference to dermal fillers / other biostimulators?
GOURI differs fundamentally from dermal fillers in both its active ingredient and mechanism of action, particularly as fillers aim for immediate volume creation. While hyaluronic acid (HA)-based dermal fillers consist of a firm gel designed to physically fill sunken areas and provide instant contouring, GOURI utilizes a 100% fully liquid PCL (polycaprolactone) formulation that disperses widely throughout the dermal layer. Instead of focusing on artificial volume and targeted contour correction, GOURI naturally degrades within the body and stimulates the patient's own collagen synthesis. Its primary goal is to smooth out fine lines across the entire face and restore natural elasticity and skin texture with a lifting effect.
Moreover, GOURI overcomes a critical drawback of conventional particle-based collagen stimulators through its innovative formulation. Traditional stimulators mix micro-particles into a liquid carrier; if these particles clump together, there is a risk of developing nodules (hard lumps under the skin), making a demanding post-treatment massage mandatory. GOURI, on the other hand, is the world's first purely liquid PCL formulation without any micro-particles. Once injected, it spreads smoothly and evenly within the tissue, dramatically reducing the risk of nodule formation and ensuring safe, uniform regenerative results without the need for any massage.
Which patients / areas?
Patients: GOURI is suitable for patients with a lack of skin tightening and firmness, fine lines, wrinkles, sagging skin, dehydrated skin, uneven pigmentation, sun damage, and enlarged pores. It is contraindicated for patients with severe hypersensitivity reactions, weakened immune systems, autoimmune diseases, and during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Areas: It can be applied to the upper face (forehead, temples, hairline), mid-face (zygomatic area, cheeks, lower eyelid), and lower face (perioral region, jawline). Additional application areas include the neck, hands, and body.
How is GOURI applied?
The injection is administered into the dermis or the subcutaneous layer.
The product can be applied via a cannula (retrograde linear technique), a multi-needle injector, needle-free devices, or through intradermal needle injection.
GOURI is often diluted with saline and lidocaine with epinephrine.
Generally, one session is recommended, with 1-2 optional follow-up treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart for severe cases. Alternatively, there is a protocol for 3 total sessions spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart.
When can I see results?
The results develop gradually. Collagen synthesis begins after approximately 7 to 10 days. Clear visual improvements can be seen after 20 days up to 2 months.
How long does the effect last?
For a single session: The effect lasts for about 6 to 12 months, during which the ingredient naturally degrades within the body.
For repeated sessions: If you receive a series of about 3 treatments at regular intervals, you can expect long-lasting results for up to 12 to 24 months.
Side effects / Downtime?
No severe side effects were reported during testing, so you can feel confident in the safety of the treatment. Mild to moderate reactions such as swelling, itching, or redness may occur shortly after treatment or about 7-10 days later (when collagen synthesis begins). These are completely normal responses that typically subside on their own within a few days.
For optimal post-treatment care, patients should avoid intense physical activities, saunas, and hot baths for 3-4 days. Alcohol consumption and smoking should also be avoided for a week.
Combination with RF / HIFU?
GOURI can be highly successfully combined with energy-based devices (EBDs), such as Needle RF and ultrasound. It is recommended to perform the EBD treatment first, followed by the GOURI application on the same day.
If GOURI is injected first, a waiting period of at least two weeks is required before an EBD treatment can be performed.
